A Boutique Approach to Luxury Real Estate
Miami Luxury Hub was founded on a simple premise: buyers at the highest end of the market deserve an advisory that operates on their terms. We do not list hundreds of properties or chase volume. We work with a select number of clients each quarter, providing the depth of attention and market intelligence that institutional real estate firms cannot.
Our practice focuses on two core areas. The first is pre-construction, where relationships with South Florida's leading developers give our clients access to pricing, floor plans, and preferred unit selection before properties reach the general market.
The second is international buyer advisory. Roughly half of our clients purchase from outside the United States, and they need more than a tour of available properties. We coordinate entity structuring with qualified attorneys, navigate FIRPTA withholding obligations, and connect buyers with lenders experienced in foreign national financing.
Our knowledge of the South Florida market is granular. We track specific buildings, specific floors, and specific exposures. We know which developers deliver on schedule and which construction teams produce the highest-quality finishes.
